Vehicle Drop Off

If you find yourself in the need of vehicle repairs, simply call or drop your vehicle off at our shop located in Huntington, West Virginia.  Our team will work side-by-side with your insurance provider to accurately assess any damage before we begin making repairs.

Body Repair

After you drop off your vehicle and we evaluate and estimate the damage, it will head into our body shop.  From there we will remove all parts requiring separate repair or replacement and start on any body or structural repair work.

Painting and Polishing

Once any structural work is finished, and the body work is complete, it’s time for your vehicle to be repainted and polished.  We will find the exact color match to your manufacturer codes, and then apply the fresh paint.  From there we will polish and prepare your vehicle for reassembly.

Reassembly

Once we have all the structural and body damage fixed, and your vehicle repainted, it’s time for reassembly.  Your car gets reassembled with lamps, air conditioning, grills, doors, and any other parts that were involved in the repair.  Once your vehicle is assembled it will go through another check to ensure all the repairs have been completed to our standards of excellence, as well as yours.

Once your vehicle repair is complete, our service team will contact you and invite you in for the final inspection and paperwork.  We will review the vehicle and repairs with you before handing you back your keys.  Finally, you will drive away with your vehicle is better condition than you would imagine.
