They did a great job and had it fixed by the estimated date they gave me. They vacuumed and cleaned inside the car and even washed it. Not enough words to explain the experience we had at East End Body — amazing, professional, outstanding, efficient, experienced. From a timely estimate to constant phone communication: they kept us informed on an additional issue found after taking the door apart, coordinated with the rental company and the insurance company, and had the car done the exact day they promised. When I arrived it was washed, dried, tires shined, vacuumed and cleaned beyond my expectations — plus a sweet goody bag at the counter. It was a minor repair, thank the Lord, but I would not take my car anywhere else. I'll recommend them forever.
